We’re building a team of Account Managers to support one of our clients a global leader in the distribution of automotive and industrial parts.
In this role, you won’t just be managing accounts, you’ll be proactively reaching out to business customers who have previously purchased from our client to ensure they’re satisfied, understand their current needs, and re-engage them with tailored product offers.

What You’ll Do:
- Reconnect with business customers who haven’t purchased recently.
- Understand their needs and reasons for inactivity.
- Offer product recommendations and promotions to encourage reorders.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.
- Act as a trusted partner, not just a salesperson.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or email.
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and working remotely.
