Join us as a Customer Service Agent in our Santiago de los Caballeros office. As a Voicer Agent, you'll have the opportunity to engage in various aspects of customer interaction, which may include sales, customer service, or back-office support duties. This multifaceted role entails handling phone calls, or chats, or business processing tasks with precision and professionalism. We expect you to deliver outstanding customer service or meet sales objectives, and ensure seamless task execution tailored to the specific account you're assigned to.
