Compensation: USD8 - 10/hour.
+ Bonuses (up to 3% of base compensation).
Location: Remote (for Belize, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, Venezuela, Cuba, Dominican Republic, and Spain residents).
Skills: Proficient in real estate sales, sales management, and acquisition management.
Responsibilities and more:
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
• Reach out to potential sellers and negotiate deals.
• Analyze market data to determine property value.
• Guide clients through the sales process.
• Conduct role-plays to improve sales strategies.
• Schedule follow-up appointments with leads.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Sales experience in the US market.
• Knowledge of real estate industry practices.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
