Documenting all collection activity, maintaining organized records, and promptly responding to inquiries from relevant parties.
Ensuring the quality, integrity, and proper execution of assigned tasks.
Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations at local, state, and federal levels.
Maintaining satisfactory levels of productivity across all assigned accounts.
