Role Description
Join us as a Medical Appointment Scheduler in our Santiago de los Caballeros office. As a Voicer Agent, you'll play a critical role in managing patient interactions focusing on scheduling appointments. We expect you to provide compassionate, patient-centered service while adhering to privacy and healthcare compliance standards.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in computer skills
Fluency in English
Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
Basic knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
No prior experience required
